Personal identification information, may be collected in a variety of ways, including but not limited to, when Users visit the Association website, make a booking, or submit a registration or preregistration form, and in connection with other features or resources available on the website and by the Association.
Non-personal identification information about Users may be collected whenever they interact with the website. Such information may include the browser name, the type of computer, technical information such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilised, and other similar information.
The Association may collect and use User and Member personal information to provide Member support; to confirm bookings and process payments; and to occasionally send Association news, updates or related service information.
The Association adopts appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal information, transaction information and data stored on the website or by the Association at the Venue or outside the Venue.
The Association does not sell, trade, or rent User or Member personal identification information to third parties. Generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding Users or Members may be shared with third parties to improve services and website user experience.
